2.Arrival and departure: the accommodation is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Other possibilities based on prior agreement, flexibly. When leaving the accommodation permanently, the keys must be handed over to the representative of the accommodation provider. In case of departure before the agreed time, the accommodation fee will not be refunded. 3.When leaving the apartment, you must return the TV and air conditioning switch. When leaving the apartment, please close the doors and windows. The use of the air conditioning (climate) equipment is permitted only when staying in the apartment, behind closed windows and doors.
4.Guests can only use the accommodation in the number of people agreed in advance. We can provide a travel bed or cot for an infant upon prior notification. The accommodation provider has the right to check – without prior notice – whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation has been announced or paid for in advance. Our guests can receive visitors during the day (between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.) by prior arrangement with the host.
5.We accept pets for an additional fee. Current prices are included in the OUR PRICES menu item. The booking party is obliged to reimburse the accommodation provider for any damage caused by the animals.
6.In case of possible loss of the given keys, the guests are obliged to report it immediately and to reimburse the cost of the lost keys and the replacement of the lock to the host.
7.The host accepts no responsibility for possible material damages or accidents resulting from improper use. The guests are financially responsible for the damage caused by the improper use by the guests, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the host. It is forbidden to take the furnishings of the apartments out of the house! We inspect the apartments upon arrival and departure. Violation of the policy may result in a ban, as well as the theft or damage of objects or other measures.
8.If any problems with the apartment or room arise during your stay, please notify the host immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints!
9.The host is not responsible for valuables left at the accommodation. The protection of valuables and objects belonging to the apartment is the guest’s responsibility.
10.The accommodation fee includes utility fees and other overhead costs, bed linen with covers, weekly bed linen change for stays longer than one week, as well as final cleaning.
11.Please take care of order and cleanliness. When leaving the apartment or room, please do not leave unwashed dishes or garbage. Wet clothes and towels should be placed on the suitable clothes dryer and not on the railings or chairs etc. of the apartment.
12.Call for help: you will find a small first aid kit in the kitchen cupboard. In case of a bigger problem, call the emergency number 112!
13.In the event of a fire, use the fire extinguisher located in the designated area, immediately start the rescue and call the fire department at 105 and then the host! The houses have smoke alarms, so smoking inside is strictly prohibited! Smoking is allowed in the yard in the designated area!
14.Cleaning: the guests receive the apartment clean, they must clean it themselves during their stay!
Household waste can be collected in the bin in the kitchen. If they are full, place them in the bin in the yard! Another garbage bag can be requested from the host.
15.Meals: The houses have an equipped kitchen. Please take care of cleanliness! Do not put metal containers in the microwave oven.
16.Parking: You can park free of charge in the parking spaces belonging to the house in the closed courtyard. Leave the gate entrance and roads free in any case!
17.Grilling and bonfires are only allowed in designated areas! You can only start a fire there, when the wind is calm, equipped with a bucket of extinguishing water. After the fire, we ask the Guests to remove the garbage, clean the equipment and put out the embers.
18.In order to ensure the tranquility of the guests and neighbors, it is forbidden to make noise, play music or listen to music in the apartment between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
19.Internet and TV service: free WIFI connection is provided in the houses. Via smart TV devices, various types of Internet content, e.g. YouTube and NETFLIX services are also available. The codes required for connection can be found posted in the houses.
20.Special services provided upon prior request: (free of charge): baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, sewing kit, iron/ironing stand (for a separate fee): bagged grill charcoal, grill lighter
